ZA01 Type

　　ZA01:The ceramic has high strength,good toughness and chemical stability. It is especially suitable for various seals,supporting members and wear-and corrosion-resistant parts.　　

　　SNS01(2):The material has high hardness,low density,good insulating property and thermal shock resistance.It is especially suitable for various insulating parts resistant to wear,corrosion and thermal impact.

Application Examples：
1、T-40 Bushing：It is usually used in rotating axle for deep oil well due to its excellent wear-and corrosion-resistance.
2、ZC Suporting Member：It is usually used in machining of bearing and outer rings because of its excellent wear resistance,high toughness.
3、SP Spray Nozzle：It is usually used in high speed injector for spraying the mixture of water and sand due to its excellent wear resistance.
4、HK1-01 Location Slide Block：It is usually used in insulating supporting member for large crankshaft quenching because of its high insulating property and good thermal impact resistance.
5、TZ-30 Rolling Ring：It is usually used in rolling of nonferrous metals thin plates and foils due to its good wear resistance,high chemical stability.
6、TG Guide Roll：It is usually used for high speed wire rolling guide because of its light weight,excellent wear resistance and thermal impact resistance.
