    Zigong CRD New Material Corp.,Ltd.(shortly called CRD Co.) is a share system enterprise in new technological materials, invested and created by Zigong Cemented Carbide Corp.,Ltd, Sichuan University, Zigong Changcheng Tool Company, Zigong Taifeng Group and core personnels of  CRD Co. CRD Co was set up in January of 2003.
